When you are ordering please include the email address where you can be contacted for us to get the information needed for the set to be customized. Once we obtain final approval, we are not responsible for any misspellings, forgotten first vs. last name, etc. Clients are guaranteed up to three edits to the design (this includes, but is not limited to, images, background, font, etc.). After three edits, all other changes are at the discretion of the designer and additional fees for time spent may be applicable.

Proofs will be sent to the email address provided. Customers will have 24-hours to finalize the proofs and request any edits to the designs. If we have not heard from the customer within 24-hours, we will send to print the design provided and ship to the shipping address on file.

All of our products are made-to-order—meaning we do not keep stock or inventory of each item. The lead time for each product varies. That means it will take approximately 3 to 5 days to produce and then ship after design approval. On average it has taken about 10 business days (these days do NOT count weekends) from the date of design approval of each product to clients receiving them. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
