When you are ordering please include the information needed for the backpack to be customized. Whether you’re choosing to add a first name and last name, just first name, first and middle name, or just last name, please double check the information CAREFULLY for the name’s details. Once we obtain final approval, we are not responsible for any misspellings, forgotten first vs. last name, etc. 

One proof will be sent to the email address provided. Customers will have 24-hours to finalize the proof and request any edits to the name. If we have not heard from the customer within 24-hours, we will send to print the name provided at checkout and ship to the shipping address on file.

All of our products are made-to-order—meaning we do not keep stock or inventory of each item. The lead time for this product is 3-5 days. That means it will take approximately three days to create and then ship. On average it has taken about 10 days business days (these days do NOT count weekends) from the date of purchase of this product to clients receiving it. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
